FAQ

  • FusionPro Creator is offered as subscription program, with an annual cost of $1500. If you wish to upgrade an older version of FusionPro purchased from our store in the past, you can purchase a new subscription license from our store.

    To purchase FusionPro Creator subscription, go to our online store. You need to set up one primary credit card for the purchase and the automatic renewal at the end of the subscription year.

  • FusionPro VDP Creator and FusionPro Expression Creator are both included in the new subscription model.

    FusionPro Expression Creator allows you to combine graphic text, imagery, and data to produce dynamic personalized images. Adding those images to your FusionPro VDP jobs can add a new design dimension to your results.

  • After the purchase, you will receive an email with a FusionPro serial number to register both FusionPro VDP Creator and Expression on the same computer. The serial number may start with either “FP11” or “FP12”.

    You can download both FusionPro and FusionPro Expression from our website.

    Contact your sales manager if you are interested in information on upgrading or purchasing FusionPro Producer and FusionPro Server.

  • You will receive several reminder emails before the renewal date. When you use FusionPro, you will receive a reminder message in FusionPro a few times. The message includes the link to take you to the store should you need to update account information. See “How do I update my subscription account or payment information?” below.

  • We transitioned to a new e-commerce and payment service to provide better experience in purchasing and managing your FusionPro subscription in May 2021. In order to keep your payment data safe, we did not transfer your payment information to the new system. We kindly ask you to take a few minutes to login to our new payment services and follow the steps below to add payment information to ensure a smooth renewal process.

    To update your account information, please follow the steps outlined below.

    1. login to your account from https://fusionpro.com/subscriptions/manage/
    2. From the login screen, please use the Forgot Password link to request a reset of your password. It is important that you use the same email address used to purchase the subscription.
    3. After you receive the password reset email, set a unique and strong password, then login with the new password.
    4. After login, you should see your existing subscription information. Please verify that this looks correct. Contact us if you see any discrepancies.
    5. Select the option to add payment information from your subscription listing. Please enter a credit card to keep on file. This will ensure a smooth renewal and avoid any interruptions around the renewal time.
    6. Log out after you are done.

  • You will receive an order email from the initial purchase with a serial number in the form of FP11-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xx or FP12-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xx.  Either one is valid for installing FusionPro v12.  FusionPro Creator v11 will accept FP11-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xx only.

    FusionPro Creator and FusionPro Expression from subscription purchase should be installed on the same computer, using the provided serial number.   These two products can be installed and uninstalled separately if they are installed on the same computer.

    Installing FusionPro Expression will remove watermarks in personalized images composed from FusionPro Creator.

  • Currently, there are no changes in the licensing and maintenance agreements for FusionPro Producer and FusionPro Server customers. If your maintenance is up to date, you can download and update to FusionPro 12 with no additional cost.

  • At the end of the subscription year, your primary card on file in the FusionPro Creator store will be charged automatically and your license will be extended for another year.  You will receive reminder notifications through emails and in FusionPro about 30 days prior to the renewal.  At that time, please go to your store account to verify your card information to ensure a smooth renewal.  The following link to the store is provided in the reminder messages: https://fusionpro.com/subscriptions/manage/.

  • You may cancel FusionPro renewals before the next billing cycle. Contact fusionprosupport@marcom.com to cancel the next renewal. You can continue to use FusionPro VDP Creator until the end of the current annual billing cycle.

  • FusionPro Expression comes with complimentary templates and additional templates for purchase. Go to the template store at shop.pti.com to download your complimentary templates or to purchase other templates.
