Adobe Software

Adobe Systems Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, located at 345 Par Avenue, San Jose, California 95110 (“Adobe”) and Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland (“Adobe Ireland”) are the suppliers of certain sublicensed software to PTI.

Xerces XML

This software makes use of the Xerces XML tool, licensed under the following terms: This product includes software developed at The Apache Software Foundation (http://www.apache.org/).Portions of this software were developed at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. This software contains code derived from the RSA Data Security Inc. MD5 Message-Digest Algorithm, including various modifications by Spyglass Inc., Carnegie Mellon University, and Bell Communications Research, Inc (Bellcore).Regular expression support is provided by the PCRE library package, which is open source software, written by Philip Hazel, and copyright by the University of Cambridge, England. The original software is available from ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programming/pcre/.

Spidermonkey

This software makes use of the Spidermonkey JavaScript engine, licensed under the Mozilla Public License version 1.1. Any modifications to licensed code can be obtained by emailing FusionProSupport@PTI.com.

WxWidgets

This software makes use of the library WxWidgets Version 3.0.4/3.1.2, licensed under the wxWindows Library License. The wxWindows Library Licence is essentially the L-GPL (Library General Public Licence), with an exception stating that derived works in binary form may be distributed on the user’s own terms.

JPGLib

This software makes use of the JPGLib library version 6.2 under the following license: This package contains C software to implement JPEG image encoding, decoding, and transcoding. JPEG is a standardized compression method for full-color and gray-scale images. The distributed programs provide conversion between JPEG “JFIF” format and image files in PBMPLUS PPM/PGM, GIF, BMP, and Targa file formats. The core compression and decompression library can easily be reused in other programs, such as image viewers. The package is highly portable C code; we have tested it on many machines ranging from PCs to Crays. We are releasing this software for both noncommercial and commercial use. Companies are welcome to use it as the basis for JPEG-related products. We do not ask a royalty, although we do ask for an acknowledgement in product literature (see the README file in the distribution for details).We hope to make this software industrial-quality — although, as with anything that’s free, we offer no warranty and accept no liability.
